Low minecraft fps and server lag

Hey guys my fps while playing minecraft is really low and im lagging badly on the server any tips?

Im playing on a laptop its an Intel celeron with 4gb of ram and intel hd graphics and I have Windows 8.1

Im running minecraft on latest version 1.10.2 too

Lower ur Draw Distance settings to 4 or 2

download optifine it will go faster hope it helps i use it too
